Customer Success Manager / Mortgage Administrator – London

They’re a small, diverse team of people using technology, design, and expertise to make a traditionally cumbersome experience smarter, faster, and more transparent.
Submitting new mortgage applications on behalf of clients and their advisers
Managing a personal caseload of mortgage applications, ensuring they progress to completion accurately, efficiently, and to the correct standards
Working collaboratively with mortgage advisers to enable the most positive outcome for clients
Capturing feedback (good and bad) so that they keep improving their products & service as they grow
Suggesting ways to deliver an even better user experience
Must have minimum 12 months mortgage administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines with high levels of autonomy
A passion for helping customers and an eagerness to learn new things
Strong self-motivation with a keen eye for detail
A level head under pressure and a great sense of humour. They’re a small team doing very big things, and that means moving (uncomfortably) fast sometimes!
